Their names, and whatever way you'd reach them: an email, a number, an Instagram handle. A sentence about why they'd love it helps. Give us the names first and they're matched to you automatically.

We reach out, or you do

A real person gets in touch, warmly, mentioning you sent us. Or skip that entirely and just tell them to go ahead and set their wedding up themselves. Either way it's still your referral.

They host, you earn

If they run their wedding on Polajoy, you get 10% of everything ordered from their photos for the 45 days after the day itself.

What that's actually worth.

A wedding's guests order prints, framed photos, albums and cards from the night, sometimes a little, sometimes a lot. You get a tenth of all of it, whoever in that wedding does the buying.

There's no cap, and no limit on how many couples you refer.

  • 10% of qualifying sales. Physical photo products bought from their wedding: prints, framed prints, canvases, collages, wall frames, photo books and cards.
  • Bought by anyone: the couple, their guests in the app, or family through the shared web gallery.
  • For 45 days, from their wedding day onwards.
  • 10% in cash, or 15% in Polajoy store credit. Your choice, and you can tell us at any point before we pay out.
  • Refer as many couples as you like. Each one earns separately.
  • Counted net. Delivery, refunds, gift cards and anything paid with store credit don't count towards the total.
  • It has to be a real wedding that actually goes ahead, and a couple who didn't already know about us. We check every referral by hand.
  • A wedding is referred or hosted, never both. We also run a paid host programme where the couple themselves earn a share. A wedding can be on one or the other, so if the couple you name applies to host in their own right, that's their 10%, not yours.
  • Nothing to pay, ever. If their wedding orders nothing, you simply earn nothing, and you can never owe us.

Who this is for

Anyone who knows a couple getting married. You don't need an audience, a business, or anything to do with weddings.

Friends and family

You're going to their wedding anyway. If you're the one who found them the thing everybody ends up talking about, you may as well be paid for it.

People who work in weddings

Planners, venues, photographers, florists, celebrants. You already talk to couples every week. One introduction takes a minute and keeps earning for 45 days after their day.

Being straight with you: we're new, and a wedding might order a lot or barely anything, so we can't promise you a number. What we can promise is that we reply to every referral, we tell you either way, and we never contact anyone in a way that would embarrass you for sending them.
