Before you ask

The questions every couple asks

Do my guests have to download an app and make an account?

Yes: they download the free Polajoy app and sign in once with the code on their table. That's what makes their photos keep, puts their initials on every frame, and means everyone who was there can be sent the night afterwards. Two minutes, then it's just a camera.

What about guests who aren't good with phones?

If they can scan a QR and point a camera, they can use Polajoy. There are no settings, no filters, and only two buttons: keep and void.

Can people cheat with screenshots?

A screenshot voids the shot. So does letting the ten seconds run out. Voids don't spend a frame, so nobody is punished for a blink, but nothing leaks before the reveal.

What does it actually cost?

Everything digital is free: setting up, every guest's film, the reveal, and digital copies of your photos. The only thing you can ever pay for is something physical, the retroprints, books and frames you order after you've seen the photos. You pay only for what you love, and nothing auto-ships.

What if someone keeps something we'd rather not have?

You see everything first at the reveal, and you decide what stays in the gallery and what gets printed. Nothing is shared with anyone until you've chosen.
