Kerrie May founded Vivienne May after years as a venue coordinator, including time at English Heritage and at luxury venues. The company plans full weddings, partial planning and design, marquee weddings, wedding weekends, and on-the-day coordination. What earns her a place on this list is that on-the-day coordination is sold on its own, including for dry-hire and family-home marquees: the weddings where nobody else is holding the schedule. She writes that the coordination work starts from the day you book, with a venue meeting and a written schedule, and that the day itself is hers to run. She does not publish a price.
